Ética profissional e as instituições empregadoras: uma análise a partir do código de ética da assistente social / Professional ethics and employing institutions: an anlysis from the social worker code of ethics

Este artigo investiga, a partir do Código de Ética Profissional (CEP) de 1993 e dos Códigos de Ética pregressos (1947, 1965, 1975 e 1986), a relação da assistente social com as instituições empregadoras. Para tanto, parte do imperativo legal desse instrumento às profissões liberais e suas particularidades para com a assistente social. Posteriormente, analisa essa regulação por meio dos capítulos, artigos e seções dos Códigos que tratam da relação entre profissional e instituição empregadora. A análise desse material permitiu evidenciar a mudança na forma como a profissão passou a responder tanto às requisições institucionais quanto aos objetivos profissionais durante e após o processo de renovação do Serviço Social brasileiro

This article investigates, based on the 1993 Code of Professional Ethics (CEP) and the previous Code of Ethics (1947,1965,1975 and 1986), the relationship of the social worker with employing institutions. Therefore, part of the legal imperative of this instrument to the liberal professions and their particularities towards the social worker. Subsequently, it analyzes this regulation through the chapters, articles and sections of the Codes that deal with the relationship between professional and employer institution. The analysis of this of this material makes it possible to presentation the change in the way the profession started to respond to both institutional requirements and professional goals during and after the renewal process of Brazilian Social Work

Violência doméstica contra a mulher - com a fala, eles, os homens autores da violência / Domestic violence against a woman - with the speak: they, the authors of violence

Resumo: Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar a alegação apresentada por homens autores de violência doméstica, contra as suas companheiras (ou ex-companheiras), pelo cometimento de seus atos. Os fatores relatados por esses homens demonstram o seu não reconhecimento enquanto sujeitos autores de violência contra a mulher. Desse modo, os motivos alegados podem ser importante matéria para a construção de políticas públicas de enfrentamento e prevenção, bem como estratégias interventivas junto a esses sujeitos.

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to analyze the allegations made by male domestic violence perpetrators against their female partners (or former female partners) for the commission of their acts. The factors reported by these men demonstrate their non-recognition as perpetrators of violence against women. Thus, the reasons given may be important matter for the construction of public policies of coping and prevention and intervention strategies with these subjects.

A relação de classe e raça na formação da classe trabalhadora brasileira / The relationship of class and race in shaping the Brazilian working class

RESUMO: O propósito deste artigo é apresentar e analisar, ainda que sucintamente, através de Fernandes (2007), Ianni (1978) e Moura (1992) a complexidade da relação classe e raça no entendimento da composição da classe trabalhadora brasileira. Parte-se da compreensão de que as teorias racialistas, mesmo no processo de transição do escravismo para as relações de trabalho na sociedade capitalista, persistiram na formação da classe trabalhadora brasileira.

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this article is to briefly present and analyze the complexity of class and race relations in the understanding of the composition of the Brazilian working class, through Fernandes (2007), Ianni (1978) and Moura (1992). Neoliberalismo e biopoder: o indivíduo como empresa de si mesmo / Neoliberalism and biopower: individual as a self-entrepreneur

O que esse artigo intenta demonstrar é que a constituição da ideologia neoliberal entrelaça formas de viver e processos de governamentalização apoiadas sobre as políticas sociais, com a assunção de orientações para a gestão técnica da pobreza inspiradas pela lógica do mercado. O resultado disso é a produção de um indivíduo que se rende, cada vez mais atomizado, seja quando visto como portador de capital humano e dependente de sua resiliência para superação da pobreza, seja quando tomado como empreendedor de si mesmo para tornar-se rentável e competitivo no mercado de trabalho. O que esse conjunto proporciona, ou explicita, é a vinculação indispensável entre neoliberalismo e biopoder na tessitura da sociedade capitalista contemporânea. As considerações finais identificam a fetichização da mercadoria força de trabalho, os efeitos das políticas sociais de orientação neoliberal e a necessária criação de outras formas de cooperação produtiva de classe-para-si para a classe trabalhadora.

This paper attempts to demonstrate that the constitution of neoliberal ideology weaves forms of living and governmentalization processes supported by social policies. These policies are assumed the guidelines to the technical management of poverty inspired by market logic. As a result, the individuals become more and more atomized, as a human capital detainers and dependents on your self-resilience to overcoming poverty, or as a selfentrepreneur become profitable and competitive in the labor market. This argument set provides, or makes explicit, the indispensable link between neoliberalism and biopower in the production of contemporary capitalist society. The final considerations identify the labor power's fetishization, the effects of neoliberal social policies and the necessary creation of other forms of productive cooperation to the working class.

Estado-providência: chega de odes e críticas neoliberais / The Welfare State: no more odes and criticism

Resumo O objetivo deste texto é analisar os mecanismos e operacionalização do Estado-providência em sua produção de certo tipo de "servilismo cidadão", por via da capitalização dos interstícios mais cotidianos e globais da vida dos indivíduos na sociedade capitalista. O texto demonstra ainda a forma como o neoliberalismo acaba por obliterar essa proposta ao presumir, enquanto regime de veridição para a gestão da seguridade social, o mercado como ente definidor do campo de intervenção da política social e a vinculação entre moral do trabalho e pobreza no acesso aos direitos sociais.

Abstract This text aims at analyzing the mechanisms and operationalization of the welfare state in its production of a certain kind of "citizen servility" by the capitalization of the most daily and global interstices in the individuals´ lives in the capitalist society. It also shows the way neoliberalism ultimately obliterates such a proposal when, as a veridiction regime for the management of social security, it assumes the market is a defining entity of the social policy intervention field and the linking between work ethic and poverty in the access to social rights.

Ética e sigilo profissional / Ethics and professional secrecy

Este artigo problematiza o sigilo profissional em uma perspectiva ética com o objetivo de apresentar a sua caracterização e complexidade a partir de alguns elementos contemporâneos presentes na sociedade brasileira, como o domínio midiático sobre a vida privada da população pobre, as exigências postas ao assistente social na relação direito e dever no contexto institucional e legal, assim como as perguntas que sinalizam sua pertença ao campo ético.

This article deals with the questioning of the professional secrecy from an ethical point of view in order to present its characteristics and complexity from contemporary elements that are present in the Brazilian society, as the control the media has over poor people´s private lives, the requirements over the social workers for the relationship between rights and duties in the legal and institutional context, as well as the questions belonging to the ethical area.
